Led by two partners
MONTEVIA is led by two partners, Jonas Dedecker and Thibault Dedecker, who are personally involved in every property under the firm's care rather than delegating to a larger, impersonal team.
Jonas brings direct technical expertise to the practice, having previously run an interior renovation and electrical contracting company — experience that translates directly into knowing exactly what a property needs to stay in optimal condition.
